This is the final news update of 2009 -  a year when Automotive Leasing secured position as supplier on all four significant fleet frameworks - meaning we can truly demonstrate our expertise as a one stop shop offering for fleet which is unparalleled within the industry.

This year's pre-budget report indicates the Government's commitment to developing a Low Carbon Economy - by exempting electric cars from company car tax. This is the biggest sign yet that electric technology is foremost in the government’s mind when it comes to reducing fleet emissions and there is no doubt that the Public Sector will lead the way in this charge.

The OGC (Office of Government commerce) launched a new strategy to manage grey fleet miles within the sector and Automotive Leasing as supplier was invited to join the exhibition on 25th November.

By raising the profile of the issues related to personal vehicles used for business journeys; this initiative looks to reduce the cost, risk and environmental impact of these journeys and provide practical steps to manage mileage.
